Why I ditched Kombucha

I just wanted to share this article because I have experienced the negative effects of Kombucha, and if anyone is using it and having some issues, then maybe this will help.
I was a regular user of this tea, I didn't drink a whole bottle in one day, but I did consume quite a bit of it over a good few months. Acetaldehyde is no joke. I had drank more than usual one evening, (mind you I don't drink, I had a light beer or two for the first time last weekend. I eat healthy, drink tons of water), I probably consumed a half a bottle, usually it's a shot or two a day. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling extremely hung over, vomiting, head, severely dehydrated. If you read the article the Acetaldehyde causes that. So then I read this article and it was definitely enough for me to stop using it. I switched to a different probiotic that is yogurt form I believe at Freds in the natural aisle, It's cheaper and lasts me a while.
Everyone's body works differently though, this is just why I chose not to. If it works for you that's wonderful. It seems that losing all this weight it has made me super sensitive to things now, maybe not, I don't know. It was definitely effecting me though, I have had many other health issues since and have been feeling better since I stopped using.
